When you place an order with Areila, we process and dispatch it as quickly as possible in secure, protective packaging.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all UK orders via trusted logistics partners with full tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery at every stage.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all UK orders over £45. Orders below £45 are subject to a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.

Delivery Times

UK orders are typically delivered within 5–12 working days from the date of dispatch. We process orders on working days. If your selected item is in stock, we aim to dispatch the same working day when orders are placed before 12:00 PM.

Delivery Hours

Our logistics partners deliver on weekdays between 09:00 and 21:00, and on Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00.

Alternative Delivery Address

Need your order delivered to a different address — a workplace, a gift recipient, or a second home? Simply enter your preferred delivery address at checkout. You can store multiple addresses in your account for faster future checkouts.

Order Tracking

Every Areila order comes with full Track & Trace. Your tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 working days of ordering, please contact our support team.
